• The timescale for first to second meeting is generally a couple of weeks depending on the brief.
• When we have decided which houses to view then we will accompany you to see the properties.
• Once you have decided on the house, we will deal with all the negotiations on your behalf; we can recommend a solicitor, a surveyor,    an architect and structural engineer, or continue our Search.
